Positive: The house and garden were beautiful. Very spacious but cosy rooms. We spent the majority of the time altogether in the kitchen room, spending time together as a family, exactly what was wanted to share a special birthday celebration. The house is in a quiet location. A lovely pub close by, a cafe, a small grocery shop, garage and play park a few minutes walk away. Easy to reach the coast in approx 30 mins. We enjoyed visiting The Hive cafe in Burton Bradstock, Rise in west bay and the anchor inn, sea town, after a walk to the golden cap.

Negative: Could not fault the house! Shame the previous people didn’t pick up mess from their dog/s. Booking could have been a lot smoother. Very poor communication with booking company (not the owners, they were very helpful and quick to respond).

Summary: A very special house, did not want to leave.
