summer 2025 construction notice: roof work on building 3 will be underway from may through november 2025 During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, but not Building 2 and construction noise is possible. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.
- indoor amenities (building 3): pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 am to 9 pm; fitness center open 24/7 Key cards (in condo) required for access.
- outdoor amenities (between buildings 1 & 2): seasonal heated saltwater pool, bbq grills, and fire pit (memorial day to mid-september, 9 am–10 pm) Key cards required.
- the free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from thanksgiving to easter We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
- there are tesla destination chargers available in the upper snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
- we have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
- we will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out No one will meet you at the property.
- our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
