welcome to luxury coastal living at its finest in this custom made newer home with high ceilings Built in 2016, this modern Spanish home features custom made materials and oak hardwood floors throughout, and is fully furnished with the top of the line amenities.
full length glass pocket doors downstairs and upstairs, give complete 180 degree unobstructed views of the beach downstairs and upstairs, and open to a large 800 square foot outdoor deck with 10 foot dining table, fire pit, and banquette seating along the glass and along the fire pit This extra large deck is perfect for entertaining and relaxing over the sand with unobstructed beach views. This custom built house was designed and built with beach living in mind. The house and the outdoor deck are all one level, are just five steps above the sand. Easy access from the deck to the beach allow smooth flow into and out of the beach. The deck has an outdoor heated shower. There is an additional access to the outdoor spa jacuzzi directly to the olive courtyard. There you can enjoy a hot tub spa for up to 10 people in a shaded garden area. Heated outdoor shower is also provided.
