Summary: The building is nice and the location could be perfect if it were on a higher floor or the apartment were soundproofed better. The main issue now is that the location is on the main manahttan exit from the Queensboro Bridge. Be prepared for strong noise almost all the time, and especially from early in the morning. Bring a sound muffing device if you can.
