Welcome to the oldest house in Vilano Beach, built by August Heckscher who In 1926, built the Grand Vilano Casino, a Mediterranean Revival-style building on Vilano Beach. Big name bands from New York, vaudeville acts, theme parties and dances were hosted here. The Casino didn't survive florida weather but this lovely casita did. Tastefully updated and furnished to promote living a relaxed, surf, and beach inspired life, at least while you are on vacation. The home has 2 large bedrooms, two living spaces, dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is outside, conveniently located next to the pool.
downstairs there are the two bedrooms, one with king bed and one with a with a pull-apart king bed meaning you can use it as a king or 4 twin beds There will be one bedroom upstairs that is locked, vacant and used as storage. The living room has plenty of furniture for lounging, a couch, and a record player. The pool is small but refreshing. There is no pool heater so our winter time guests get to use it as a plunge pool.
