the shores of lake travis from our lakeside community, our gated nine-acre property is
near attractions including the lago vista farmers market (on saturdays), lago vista golf
course and lago vista boat rentals
we are also 39 miles northwest of austin and 118 miles to san antonio
resort-style yard:
our yard is a beautiful oasis, one where stone walls and terraces ground you while leafy
green trees and views of lake travis connect you to nature float away in our luxury
swimming pool, complete with a waterfall fountain and tanning ledge or cook up your
fresh fish catch at our grill island gather for hours at the picnic table on the covered patio,
or eat together on the terrace just beyond our upholstered resort chairs on the other
side of the terrace are especially great for sipping a ranch water with your lake views
once night falls, our hot tub and stunning fire pit table are wonderful ways to connect
with loved ones beneath starry texas skies

through grand french doors at the front of the house, our family room welcomes you
inside delight in our soaring ceiling with wooden beams, a wall of windows that overlooks
the pool, and a texas-sized stone hearth fireplace unwind on our light gray sectional sofa – it’s loaded with beautiful, textured pillows – as you share stories from your day or settle
in for your favorite netflix shows
steps away, an elegant living room offers another space to come together arched
windows and chandeliers are joined by striking furnishings and objects that recall a
collector’s home think wooden club chairs, a blue tufted sofa, petite leather stools, and
pottery and wooden accents from years bygone better yet, a generous wet bar off this
room means a cocktail is always 10 steps away
kitchen & dining area
our gourmet kitchen is a dream with oversized windows that look out to the trees and
lake beyond lots of white cabinets have everything you’ll need to cook beautiful meals,
just like at home you’ll also find marble countertops, a wolf stovetop, two ovens, a huge
stainless steel refrigerator, and a spacious island where you can enjoy breakfast before
heading out to lake travis
