Wonderful bars and restaurants all around you. enjoy a day sunbathing in the sand or take a surf lesson! endless summer fun everywhere you look!
though we are generally a quiet establishment, we are located on a popular street, near public transportation and above a bar & restaurant Due to this, there is potential for noise, particularly on weekends. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking.

Rent bicycles and ride along the gorgeous seaside boardwalk spanning 5.5 miles from Beach 9th Street to Beach 126th street. Surf lessons everyday on the beach for those looking for some exciting water sports. Or just relax and enjoy a beach day with some local ice cream! Many great restaurants and bars to help make the day more enjoyable. live music on the boardwalk during sunset is the perfect way to end your days!
getting around:
subway access includes a & s trains NYC beach bus or boat ferry from Manhattan also available. Street parking is available if you bring your car. Buses: Q53 and Q22.
