Unique loft renovated in 2020 located at the ground floor of an ancient building of 1700 between Piazza del Popolo, Via del Babuino and Via del Corso and very close to Piazza di Spagna.
it can host up to three guests possibility to put a free baby crib ( on request)
from the entrance you have the view over the main living area with one king size bed, a large crystal dining table , two leather sofas and a flat screen tv
the kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee machine with free pods for your stay
you'll find all the necessary if you want to cook during your stay
there is one second private bedroom with a single bed for a third guest
the bathroom is fully furnished with shower
air conditioning hot and cold Free Wifi.

other things to note
the loft is located in the heart of the historic center where cars without a permit can not access if you're planning to come by car i suggest you to park along the tiber and reach me by walk ( 5 - 10 min walk)
the loft is renovated and i kindly ask my guests to take care of it!
you'll find some recycling instructions inside the loft
at your arrival there is the city tourist tax to pay in cash of 6 euros per person per day ( children under 10 are exempted)
if you are coming from fiumicino airport you can take a taxi or i can arrange for you a private car transfer ( 75 € price - mercedes car) If you plan to come by public transports you can take the train from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini Train Station and from there take the underground A and stop at Spagna or Flaminio . The apartment is at 10 min walk.
if you are coming by car you can park along the lungotevere and then walk for 10/12 min walk
we are in the historic center and you cannot have access with the car without a permit
