Positive: I loved how detailed the instructions were. I loved how close it is to everything. Super clean and safe. Very cozy.

Negative: Too many rules! So many rules. So many emails, messages. Everything happens on their platform and systems so you are left feeling like you have no rights and are not protected I had a Friday check out a d on Wednesday I already got an email that I should do my check out recording check. Too much. There's a closet that has a locked door. When I asked about it they said it was for an emergency fire exit. But it's locked with a key I didn't have. So you lied. And my door to that closet does not lock on my side. So it was not reassuring. They need to but a lock inside the apartment for that to solve that problem.

Summary: Nice but...too many hoops to jump through
