Fenced backyard is xeriscape with gravel. The unfenced front yard is grass. One side of the backyard fence is a 4ft chainlink and goes to the other side of the duplex's backyard. If both guests have dogs, they would be able to see each other. The rest of the property fence is a 6ft wooden fence.
