we are pleased to present this spectacular 5 bedroom mansion currently used as a one family nestled in the suburban bergen beach area This tree lined block features a custom home with dozens of amazing features and high end details. As soon as you enter into this home that is filled with natural sunlight and amazing energy there are American Cherrywood floors through the living room and formal dining room. It flows beautifully into the open high end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, imported granite counter tops and plenty of space for entertaining. The first floor features high hat energy efficient lighting and a convenient half bathroom. The top floor features a true 5 bedroom duplex with large rooms and two updated bathrooms. Please note that there is a main-suite and tons of closet space. The basement is finished and an ideal/playroom/office. The finished basement has a summer kitchen and bathroom as well. The backyard was renovated last summer and features a park like back yard; imported pavers and an ideal area for entertaining with family and friends.
