Beautifully updated townhome in desirable Serenity Point. Great ocean facing location- only one home away from the community beach walk-over. This lovely home has an open feel, the living area walks out to the oceanside deck with beautiful views of the wide dunes and ocean beyond. The dining area is just off the living room and has a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation. The middle level also features a half bath with full size washer and dryer.
the upper level has a large master bedroom with beautiful ocean views, desk space ready for you to work from home if needed, a comfy king size bed, and a master bath The second bedroom features a queen bed and single bed for added sleeping space and is located across the hall from the second full bath. There is a ladder accessed queen sleeping space in the loft off the steps. Under the home is a carport with outside sand shower, and space to store your beach equipment. Serenity Point's unique locations gives you easy access to the breathtaking south end of the island for leisurely walks around the point. There is also a community pool in Serenity Point open seasonally. You have an option of bringing your own linens (Bed sizes King, 2 Queens & Twin) or linen rental is available at an additional fee. This home is no smoking on the premises. Pre-Approved dogs under 25 lbs are permitted with pet fees paid - $250 per pet. (2 max small dogs max).
