Positive: The location at the side of Mote Park was lovely. Property was old and quirky .

Negative: The property was not very clean . A lot of the equipment in the kitchen had a sticky film over it . The bed linen was not ironed and therefore looked like it had just been slept in . Throw at end of bed was stained . Bathroom sink had no plug and towels were old and hard . Scarce visitor information and no instruction manuals left out . Pictured as having bunk bed but this is not there and third bed is tiny and squashed between 2 walls . Drawers etc were full of clutter .

Summary: Lovely to be in an old property with my family but not a lot of thought has gone in to the visitor experience.
