Summary: Lovely bright spacious room, really comfy bed. Modern bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels and shower worked very well. Temperature in the room was just right. All the staff cheerful, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Great choice for a cooked breakfast with hot plates, and plenty of other options breakfast wise too. Quiet even though near a main road. Would definitely recommend this hotel and l wouldn`t hesitate to stay here again. I booked the Birch Hotel as it was in a central location for a couple of days of visiting nearby Gardens ie Borde Hill, Leonardslee and Wakehurst Place, so glad l did.
