Positive: Check in. Lovely lady, almost too happy to see us.... staff. All very good. Breakfast. Cooked fresh, and included in the price so you get value. Location. Bang by the river, if you like this area, this is perfect for it. Coffee machine, some top hotels in London you don't get this.
Negative: Very hot in the room, but we did stay during a heat wave. Not much the hotel could do about that. Was given Water at reception on arrival to take up to the room.
Summary: Great for us as a Family.
