Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Karaoke, near bus routes and tube

Negative: Not as advertised. No tv, no tea or coffee maker in the room, had to request towels and bed linen even then we still didn’t get it all, staff didn’t know about booking in procedure left us waiting around and ignored, no hot water in the morning had to find someone to sort it out , we did get 3 free drinks which were appreciate.
