1 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
2 Fires are only permitted in the firepit. Do not leave a fire unattended, make sure it is extinguished when complete.
3 Guests are not allowed in the loft space above the refrigerator.

5 No entry to the basement is permitted.

14 The Phelps & Avery Rail Trail is available for guests and the public, however guests will hike it at their own risk.
15 Please lock up the kayaks after use.
16 Please do not disturb the neighbor’s chickens. (Sometimes they like to swing by the yard).
