Summary: We actually really liked the hotel. Very nice rooms and very friendly. But we had one issue, we were charged something from the steakhouse that was not ours, and it took 5+ days to fix. We also had to call multiple times to get the charge removed. This should not happen, ever. If we stay at the hotel again, we will look at our bill before we leave vs just looking at it in the email.
