there are three other studios available to rent separately for extra guest If you rent the Main House only you would be sharing the pool and courtyard with other guest renting studios. If you rent the Main House and all three studios you would have private access to the property.
this is a tranquil space, gatherings are not permitted
some holidays and local events require a 3 night minimum stay
the pool heater has an additional charge per day to heat the pool You have an option if you would like the heater on. Temperature cannot be guaranteed Nov thru April due to fluctuation of weather. Heater has to be turned on one day in advance so there is a charge for that day as well.
