Tessoro is wonderfully located in the secluded Eastern end of Las Conchas away from the noise of loud blasting music and the noisy fireworks that is much of Sandy Beach and the Mirador and downtown areas. There is a private elevator for each of 4 condo towers that constitutes the building. It is a unique design for Puerto Penasco.
travertine floors throughout with a star design as you exit the elevator from the underground parking garage or from the lobby area if you are coming from the pool or beach area All the comforts and more of home. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, another King bed in the second bedroom a King Bed in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 8 people.
the third bedroom has a balcony access to the eastern beach for sunrise views There are two chairs and a table on the balcony.
there was once a spa on the private patio, as of 6/27/2022 that is removed It has been a headache from the beginning and with many not know how to operate it, we made the decision to remove it. This makes for a much larger, patio space.
the main patio has a propane gas grill, a sink and comfortable patio furniture
the gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and virtually everything you could need to prepare your meals The master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and a large separate shower, double vanities and a private toilet area with a door.
