New garage bar added!! We took our townhome off the rental market for several years due to Covid. We are now renting again. Our townhome is decoratedr it with the finest furnishings. We treat it as our second home, we live close by so we wanted it to be a place we could escape to but still have all the comforts of home. This townhome is unlike any other in the little harbor area. As you will see we offer many luxuries that the other townhomes do not. This townhome features upgraded furnishings, 4 terraces (2 overlook the serene mangroves with no obstruction) the other 2 overlook the property and you can see downtown St. Petersburg with the view of Tampa bay. There are many other amenities; 3 TVs, cable, internet, Roku, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, kayaks. The master bedroom features a queen bed with en-suite bath and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed with en-suite bath. The sofa downstairs features a queen size sleeper. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need, blender, juicer, keurig, all stainless steel appliances.
the townhome is in the resort & club at little harbor which is on tampa bay between tampa and sarasota The beach is just a few steps away from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The community offers a private beach, heated pools, outdoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, playground, jet ski rentals, boating, 2 marinas with slips and a fishing pier. When you rent our condo you will have all of this included, we pay the extra fee each month so you can have access to the hotel pool with gym etc..
