Situated just 30 miles from Orlando and 30 minutes from Disney World, the house located on lot 30 sits directly on the Golf course. This big lot ( one acre) is beautifully landscaped and an java-scripting heated swimming pool, with south-western sun exposure, overlooks the fairways. The four bedrooms, each with independent bathrooms, and the mezzanine with two beds, fully equipped with half bath, sleep a total of 10 persons .the house is furnished with taste and offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and restful vacation that you will enjoy ! please note , that 3 bedrooms have new wood floors !

rental options:
the jacuzzi or pool heater is not included in your rental Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
to include the bbq rental, it would be a flat fee of $5500 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

• for villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry
• for sumner lake house/studios/room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your rental.
