The dining table with 6 chairs will fit your family with ease, and three bar chairs at the large island will give you more seating flexibility if needed. Two extremely comfortable sofas in the living room rock and recline for the ultimate relaxation, and you can see right through the open floorplan dining/kitchen area into the serene sunroom with sofa, games and small seating area. There's room for 2-3 cars in the driveway, electronic door lock for your ease of use, and wifi throughout the home. Living room and upstairs TV's have Rokus so you can log into your streaming accounts.
