downstairs is an open plan living and dining room with original floor boards that have been sanded back and brought to life There's a 6 person dining setting and a beautiful old chesterfield lounge where you can relax or watch television on the large flat screen TV.
beyond the lounge/dining area you step down into the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher oven, stove, microwave, fridge and double sink, with ample bench space and storage
walk through the kitchen and take another step down into the stylish black and white bathroom featuring beautiful subway tiling The bathroom also contains a large washing machine and separate dryer. There's also an outdoor courtyard at the back of the house for you to enjoy.
upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds The master bedroom has its own TV complete with Chromecast and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a rug for winter comfort and soft white curtains.
