upstairs is the large open plan kitchen/dining/family room (with 55" smart tv) that provides access to the covered balcony Also on this level is the main Bedroom which features a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet) plus a separate Toilet.
outdoor areas
the rear fully covered deck (with gas bbq, bar fridge & seating for 6) overlooks the enclosed rear yard (perfect for children and pets alike) which features a wood fired pizza oven, a spring-free trampoline with basketball ring and a hot/cold outdoor shower Enjoy the delightful Bay and rural views from the upstairs covered Balcony (with 6-seater table & outdoor couch). There is direct access into the home from the double Garage (with table tennis table and couch). There is space to park 4 - 5 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway.
