We have earned VRBO's 5-Star Premier Partner status for a reason! Can sleep a total of 14 people! All new completely renovated/decorated inside and out! Large 4k High Definition Flat Screen smart TV's in every room (accommodating hulu, netflix, vidangel, amazon prime, etc.)! No stairs - all one level. First bedroom has a trundle bed (twin on top and another that slides out beneath - sleeps 2). Second bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and another twin that slides out beneath the full (sleeps 4). Third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). There is also a queen air mattress that can be used (sleeps 2). Master bedroom is complete with king bed with large walk-in closet! Eat-in kitchen complete with brand new stainless steel appliances and reverse osmosis water purification system. Living room comes with game area for kids, High speed wireless internet, cable tv provider with 70" smart TV. Private phones in all rooms. In the backyard you will find a beautiful pergola with patio furniture and gas BBQ. 2 car private garage. Just a few miles down the road from the infamous Renaissance Festival! Not far from lakes where you can rent paddle boards, river cruises, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes! Also near US60 freeway for easy access to Gilbert,Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport as well as Mesa Gateway Airport. Walking distance to tons of amazing hiking trails as well as top 5% nationally ranked golf courses!!.
