sunshine cottage offers an open concept kitchen, living and dining room plus a bonus sun room all with excellent views of the lake
outside you will find tons of space as the home sits on a rare to find double lakefront lot with over 75 feet of lakefront Enjoy kayaks (2 adult, 1 child), a dock, a sea wall, a firepit, Adirondack chairs and lounge chairs for guest use. the water directly off the sea wall and dock is shallow for hundreds of yards in front of the cottage making it ideal for playing, lounging and splashing on a hot summer day!
the first floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room, bedroom (with two twin beds), a full bathroom (toilet, shower, pedestal sink and mirror), and a laundry room (washer/dryer)
the kitchen has a french door refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, and all the items you need to cook a memorable meal The kitchen island is large and has room to seat 4 comfortably. A grill is located on the patio facing the lake that can be used for cooking (grilling utensils are in the kitchen).

There are 2 steps up to get inside the home from both the front and back doors and there is a staircase inside the home to get to the second floor. Outside there is a step down from land to get onto the dock and to get into the water from the dock there is a ladder down into the water at the end of the dock..
