Summary: A few things I believe future guests should know: 1) Shelly, the property is host, is very communicative. So that’s great! She also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolates. 2) This home is in a good location, good neighborhood close to many stores. You need anything, closest store is like 5mins away. However, the home itself, I thought would be much nicer for the rate I paid. 3) My husband and I have worked as housekeepers in the past for years and I can say, wish I could have done the cleaning in this place and saved that cleaning fee at time of booking. A lot of people I guess do not take pride in their work. 4) No where in the details does it tell anyone looking at this property, the fee for heating the pool if needed. The fee is $200 during your stay if you chose to book here and would like the pool heated. On the third day I believe, pool was cold, did not know why, (we were leaving for part of the day so did not bother to mention about it because I thought maybe it was just what the pump does) but after reading what the heater said water flow blocked, we cleaned the leaves out from the pump ourselves. There went one day without a heated pool. The screening over top of the pool needs to be repaired because leaves kept falling through. Overall, we had a good vacation (got away from DE for the week of Christmas)
