-guests are welcome to use the grill and propane is provided In order to keep our cleaning cost down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty.
-internet must remain connected We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via internet (i.e updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guest are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.
