Positive: Close to bmx track we were competing at. Enough room for myself and the kids to get a comfortable sleep after a 12 hour day at the track.
Negative: The shower was hard to figure out how to use. I like simple. But thats a very nit picky thing. The apartment was great.
Summary: Great little cottage.
