The home comes with beach chairs to use at your leisure and enjoy the breathtaking, picturesque views, a large outdoor deck for entertaining, a gas barbecue for grilling, a large sun-screened-in room/porch, large windows that supply a cooling sea breeze that reaches all of the rooms.
