on the ground floor you will find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area with large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and terrace The living room is furnished with modern but comfortable furniture, as well as a large TV connected to a sound system ideal for movies and music. A large sofa-bed in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. Also, on this floor you will find a bedroom, and a guest bathroom.
