Come and enjoy your break in Bath at our comfortable home - It's just been completely refurbished! Colourful contemporary-style furnishings throughout and artwork by the artist owner. It sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower room and there's a family bathroom with bath. Also an extra WC downstairs. Nearby bus stops into Bath centre give the option of a car-free holiday.

the downstairs bedroom 1 has two twin beds
upstairs the master bedroom 2 has a king sized bed (5' width) and ensuite shower room with wc
bedroom 3 has a 4'6" double bed, views to the distant hills and ensuite shower room with wc
bedroom 4 has a 4'6" double bed and a pair of full adult-sized bunk beds Each bedroom has its own hairdryer and full length mirror.
the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over
the grass garden is enclosed and has an inflatable hot tub that will be nice and clean and toasty for you
please note there no longer is a big tree in the garden

if your group is 6 people or less, the 4th bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) will not be accessible This helps us keep it affordable for smaller groups whilst reducing linen/cleaning costs for the 4th bedroom.
