1 Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.
2 No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3 Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4 No smoking inside the apartment.
5 Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.
6 Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.
7 Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.
8 Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card).
9 Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.
