beautiful, renovated 2nd floor condo with 2 balconies Entering the condo, you'll be delighted by the modern finishes and high ceilings. The living room, dining room and kitchen all flow together in an open-concept floor plan.The living room has a gray sofa and loveseat, coffee table, console table and a mounted 55" Smart TV. Off the living room is a balcony with a bistro set that seats 2 people. The kitchen dining table is made of glass and can seat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal! The kitchen has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
the master bedroom has a king sized wooden bed, two nightstands w/ lamps, a long dresser and a 40" smart tv The master has an attached walk-in closet and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The master suite has it's own patio with two wicker chairs.
the guest bedroom has two-twin beds that can be pushed together and made into a king-sized bed There is also a small dresser and a full-size closet in this room. The condo has in-unit laundry. There is a full-sized stacked washer and dryer in the hallway closet.
parking: guests have 1 assigned carport Additional cars must park in the visitor spaces (uncovered parking). The visitor spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
