SEMI-SOUNDFRONT Salvo - Sand Dollar Ct. - The lovely SLAINTE (pronounced slawn-cha), which is a Gaelic word for Cheers or Good Health, has quite a few attractions to offer. Outdoor enticements include a private pool, cabana half bath next to the outdoor shower, hot tub and basketball goal. The sound views from this home are spectacular, and SLAINTE is all decked out with opportunities for taking advantage of the scenery! The ground level has a queen master bedroom, a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, a full bath, and a game room with wet bar and pool table. The mid-level boasts four queen master bedrooms with views from the wraparound decks. The top floor is the main gathering place, where you'll find ample dining space, a large kitchen and a great room with beautiful views. A spacious king master bedroom with double vanity and deck access completes this level. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)
