Our house is large, tastefully decorated and contains everything that you could need for a relaxing holiday.

the main open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area accommodates 10 people comfortably The dining room table seats 10. There are two sofas and a very comfortable window seat. Kitchen contains all of the appliances necessary to cook up a storm. There is a double oven with gas cook top and dishwasher. The Nespresso coffee machine is located in the butler's pantry as is the iron and ironing board.
the barbecue is situated on the deck just off the dining room area Outdoor seating is for 6 but with room for more. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with a comfy sofa, cushions and stunning view.
upstairs tv is connected to the basic foxtel channels and you are welcome to connect to our wifi (password is on fridge) The weekend Australian newspaper will be delivered.
downstairs is the main bedroom (king sized bed) with ensuite bathroom and study/library The laundry (with washing machine and dryer) is also downstairs next to the extra toilet.
the other part of the house contains a double bedroom (king sized bed), a second double bedroom (queen sized beds) and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed There is also a single day bed with a pull out trundle in the downstairs sitting room (TV and sofa). Downstairs bathroom contains shower, separate bath and separate toilet.
