Floating Boat Dock can accommodate up to a 19' boat (NO PONTOON BOATS).
there is a sandbar behind the house which makes the perfect place to lounge in a beach chair with a drink in one hand and a fishing pole in the other, where you can also launch your kayaks and paddle boards with ease

If you would rather kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about.
