property is setup like a duplex, the studio suite is attached to the main house, but has it's own entrance, driveway, kitchenette, full bathroom with enormous shower with unlimited hot water!!
the duplex does share a door with the main home, but is secured on both sides, so you have full control on access and is never used by us

guests will have access to driveway and studio freely at whatever times they would like
