on rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay to address essential tasks We kindly ask for your cooperation, as their schedules are beyond our control. Denying access may result in a $100 fee to cover rescheduling.

quiet hours
quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.
strict no-party policy
no parties or events/gatherings There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
no smoking
smoking is prohibited without exception on this property This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide

pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets

for units with key fob and parking pass, make sure to leave the key fob and the parking pass back in the lockbox where you got them and take a picture of it Failure to leave the key fob and parking pass may result in a $200 each for its replacement. The same amount will be collected for the damaged key fob and parking pass.
