Positive: Our favorite part was the rooftop pool and hot tub, there’s also a nice fire pit with comfy couches and strong lights up on the rooftop. Very cozy and the pool was the perfect temperature; not cold, which is hard to find! The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and my daughter said that’s the best she’s ever slept-the bed is very comfortable!
Negative: •Host could provide a rolling cart or wagon/trolley in the apartment for guests to use to transport belonging to and from vehicles. It is a bit of a trek from parking into building up elevators and around two or three long hallways with several turns to get to apartment, I had to make multiple trips as it was just myself and my young daughter and we had different types of luggage, food and drinks, and multiple miscellaneous items to bring up. •Parking is a little confusing. Partially my fault for not reading the parking instructions, that are on a separate website, beforehand. Parking tag is provided on a hook in the apartment, however, even after instructions (which say to go “upstairs” and first notify someone with parking about your stay and your vehicle), it was still unclear. Glass doors outside marked “parking services” or something to that affect, were locked with no one inside throughout our stay, and there didn’t seem to be a way to get there from the inside of the building, and no one at the posted valet area or lobby. I used the parking garage and just paid the $22 a day. It is located in the same building as apartment, but to use elevators in garage you first need the key fob, which is also located in the apartment. It’s inconvenient, but now I know for next time.
