loft area has a living room space with comfortable seating and a large smart tv, one of our favorite cozy spaces either at night when you can watch the gorgeous sunsets, or daytime you can look out over the yard and kids play area
also a great kids spot, as it also has a bunk bed in the open area, as well as a queen size bedroom just off of the open area
indoor swimming pool with hot tub, and a bar area with smart tv, all overlooking the expanse of the inlet where the bohemia river and c&d canal meet
if you come over christmas we have a christmas tree up for family get togethers, and you are welcome to add to the decor!
our front doors have steps entering the house, but the house is accessible for a wheelchair or elderly by crossing the yard and using the back doors, or both front entryways do have hand rails on the steps
there is a 3 step up into the kitchen after you enter, but they are wide and also have a hand rail
