The massive deck offers ample sitting area, BBQ grill, and dining. Swim off the dock right into the mouth of the river. During low/mid tide you can walk to Vaughn Island and enjoy shallow waters on the sand bars. Pet friendly! Inside you will find a rustic setting with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom and a loft area.
