up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior permission! we only have a couple of rules for our dog visitors which are easy to abide by Although, we love other animals we only accept dogs and no other type of pet as some guests have severe allergies to cats and birds.

while our historic home was built in 1760, your private and spacious guest quarters are on the entire upper floor of the carriage house built in 2000 Your accommodations include a large, high ceiling living room with cupola skylight, dining area and well equipped kitchen, private balcony with bistro table and chairs. Guest quarters include a lovely, light filled queen bedroom with luxury linens, and spacious bathroom with shower. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are AC units in the master bedroom and in the main living area (to cool the living room, dining room and kitchen.) In Autumn radiant heating in floors make it very cozy.

We are also just 1.5 hours from the Lakes Region of New Hampshire including Lake Winnipesaukee ... a fabulous day trip!
