this tri- level home is only 25 minutes from downtown nashville and 15 minutes from the airport This is the perfect home for families and friends to meet up, enjoy the lake, and tour around Nashville.

you’ll have all of the necessities to get you started, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc…
there's plenty of parking in the large driveway for your boat, jet skis, truck, trailer and multiple cars
you will have access to the entire house and grounds except for 4 small supply closets & a chess freezer
