Enjoy our large 3700 square foot luxurious home perched right above Lake Roosevelt with easy 1/2 mile walking or driving to Lincoln boat launch as well as a beautiful bay with public gazebo and swim Area managed by park service. Our home is set up to easily accommodate three to four families with a second kitchenette three large bedrooms with king beds in the main house and a separate 900 sq ft bungalow with five additional queen beds. All rooms have WiFi, smart TVs, and hotel quality mattresses and bedding. Our expansive covered decks are well appointed with a variety of sitting areas to soak in the views of the lake and rock hill formations. One of the covered decks even has a screened in sleeping porch with four more twin beds designed for you to bring your own sleeping bags and enjoy. We have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games to play including a pickleball and basketball sport court, a putting green, a pool table, ping pong table, spike ball and we also have kayaks and paddle boards for you to enjoy out on the lake. It is an easy paved drive from the highway to our driveway and we have great neighbors on a quiet secluded dead end road. Plenty of space to roam on our large lot as well and ample easy parking..
