On the fully fenced property you have exclusive use of the secure pool area - saltwater pool; also covered terraces (3) with barbecue, table tennis and table football. Gated entrance shared with the owner, who lives in the outbuilding on the property. A place to relax, but also for hiking and biking, for example in the nearby Lignano Nature Park (2 km). For bikers, there is the central cycle path in the Chiana Valley, which leads from Arezzo to the Etruscan town of Chiusi. Visit Arezzo (15km) with its picturesque historic centre, the unique Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco; a special attraction is the large antiques market on the first weekend of every month and the Saraceno equestrian games, which take place in the piazza in summer. Or the picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona, which has dominated the valley for thousands of years and is only 20 kilometres away. Wine tasting in the medieval town of Montepulciano (40km) is a must and the charming Renaissance town of Pienza (45km) with breathtaking views over the Orcia Valley (45km) will remain a vivid memory.
