There's always something going on as festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may want are close by. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood street with adequate free parking directly out the front door and on the surrounding streets. this place is a real gem!
