pool rules: guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a usd 500 fine The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing.
this is a pet-friendly property There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $200 USD security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
