- we don't supply hygiene products, cooking spices & cooking oil (most guests prefer to purchase their own; there is food basics, nearby grocery store, for all other essentials that you specifically need)
- no burning of candles and please mind your cooking activity let's be safe!
- if your reservation lands on garbage/recycling collection days, and if needed, please roll black garbage bin located at the side of the house to the front of the driveway every wednesday evening; garbage pick-up is every thursday Recycling pick-up will be at the front of the house every other Friday morning. PLEASE NOTE: Guest after you will take care of your garbage, so please pay it forward.
the house has been fitted with anti-smoke and anti-party detectors No wheelchair access.
please understand my home is by the river, so during the summer time, summer fish fly and ants are attracted to my home However we manage this as we do provide bug sprays to help if needed.
we take covid-19 seriously and ensure proper sanitizing protocols are followed as per public health canada for everyone's health and safety, hence, why there is no late check-out for proper cleaning and ozonating air

you will have private access to the entire house and basement but only for laundry purposes only We have two patio door that leads to the deck and back yard. You're more than welcome to park at our front driveway as well as street parking is free.
